Purpose & Scope

This assessment consolidates Wahl Clipper Corporation's Social Responsibility Questionnaire and Supply Chain Security Assessment (CTPAT) into a single form. Part A (Social Responsibility) is required for all direct material and inventory suppliers. Part B (Supply Chain Security) is required for foreign suppliers exporting goods to Wahl. All suppliers may be required to complete Part B based on risk assessment by Wahl Global Services.
