Use these instructions alongside the Restricted Substances Declaration (COM-007). For definitions of each regulation, see the RSD Glossary (COM-009).

How to Complete the RSD

  1. Review the Restricted Substances List for each regulation: REACh SVHC, REACh Authorisation, REACh Restricted, RoHS, POP, Proposition 65, Montreal Protocol, Radioactive Substances, and PFAS.
  2. For each regulation, determine if any substance in your product exceeds the applicable threshold. If yes, add an exception row identifying the substance, concentration, location, and any applicable exemption.
  3. If no exceptions apply, leave the table blank.
  4. Sign with an authorized signatory and email to compliance@wahlclipper.com.

Retain a copy of each submitted RSD. WCC may request updated declarations upon product reformulation, component substitution, or regulatory list updates.
