All suppliers are required to maintain adequate insurance coverage and provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Wahl Clipper Corporation as an additional insured. The ACORD 25 form (or equivalent) is the accepted format.

Submission Instructions
Submit a current, signed COI to your Wahl Sourcing representative at onboarding and upon each policy renewal. Expired certificates are not acceptable — submit updated certificates before policy expiration.
Required ACORD 25 Fields
- Producer: Your insurance agent/broker name, phone, and email
- Insured: Your company name and address
- Insurers: Name and NAIC numbers for each insurer
- Policy Numbers & Dates: Effective and expiration dates for each coverage
- Limits: Must meet or exceed WCC minimums above
- Description of Operations: Must include the Additional Insured language as specified above
- Authorized Representative Signature
